However in my experience, two common factors I find are the floods of anxiety and the new distribution of weight. You may find you are going up a dress size or two. Brain fog and fatigue are also very common issues.

We will gradually make changes to your nutrition and lifestyle, making lasting changes, and adding in foods and routines that will balance the hormones. Leading to less brain fog, less anxiety, weight loss, less pms, regular periods, and enable you to move through this phase calmly and happily.
